- The digital gaps and opportunities shaping growth
- How technology, AI, automation, and alternative data are changing the game
About the Survey
The Africa Digital Banking Experience Series’ findings are based on a comprehensive survey conducted among 203 senior banking executives across 40 African countries. Nearly half of respondents (45.7%) head customer experience & operations departments, showing strong interest in end-user journeys. A further 20% focus on digital transformation & innovation, with the rest occupying C-suite and head of banking segment roles. By capturing the opinions of executives in various roles, we have gained a more complete understanding of current perspectives on the continent.
