We believe in small business – it’s our DNA. We are set up to help SMEs access finance and better financial services. As an owner and manager of a small business, I understand the challenges of business and know, as a banking expert, how to help banks do a successful business by providing real help to small businesses.
In 2013, Andrii established his own company, Gidulyan Company, to provide information and analytical services to SME bankers in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, developing the previously established SME Banking Club.
As SME Segment Leader at Raiffeisen Bank International (Vienna, Austria) from 2020-2022, he coordinated the development of the SME business segment in 6 countries and implemented several strategic projects where the banking group was represented.
